Orders & Payments:
* All orders are paid in full at checkout.
* We accept credit, debit, afterpay and klarna.
Allergens & Ingredients:
* Our cookies are homemade in a kitchen that may contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat.
Shipping & Responsibility:
* Due to New York State Cottage Food Laws, we currently sell and ship only within New York State. We are unable to accept or fulfill orders outside of NY at this time.
* Orders are baked fresh and carefully packaged for shipping.
* Once an order leaves our kitchen and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for loss, delays, or damage during transit.
Refunds & Issues:
* We are not responsible for carrier damage, but we may help at our discretion if contacted within 2 days from the day of delivery.
* Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have already been delivered.
